Deposits: Deposits are not refundable for reservations from December 15 - May 1. Deposits refunded with 30 days notice of cancellation for the rest of the year, less a $50.00 processing fee.
Payment Policies: Winter vacations - 30% deposit by Visa or Mastercard is required at the time of reservation. *Deposits are non-refundable or may be applied to a future reservation. Balance due by check 60 days before arrival, balance is non-refundable.
- Minimum deposit for Summer guests is one day's rent plus 11% or 30%, whichever is greater. Balance due upon arrival.

| Directions: Cross the Sanibel Causeway. Just after you come onto the Island, you will come to a stop sign. This is Periwinkle Way; turn right. Go .8 of a mile to Donax. Turn left onto Donax. Follow Donax to Middle Gulf Drive and turn left. Go .2 of a mile to Nerita. Drive across Nerita and the road becomes Shell Basket Lane. Shell Basket Lane leads directly to Gulf Breeze Cottages. You'll be able to see our sign easily. |
