Payment Policies: Deposit required with application. Rents plus 11% tourist tax are due 15 days prior to occupancy. Guests pay rent plus tax, electirc and water usage, cell phones are required. Basic tv service is included. If a guest stays more than 30 days and wants to upgrade the tv service they may do so prior to arrival and his own expense.
Cancellations: Cancellations are handled on and individual basis.
Arrival/Departure: Guests arrival is 11AM on the scheduled day of arrival. Departure is 12 midnight the last day of the lease term. There are no early arrivals or late departures as there is inspection periods and cleaning required between guests
