Beachfront Vacation Condo -
Well equipped second floor corner beach front condo with a spectacular view and privacy: close to excellent restaurants and shopping. Topps Supermarket is across the street. Near churches and watersport rentals, parasail rentals, tennis courts, marina/fishing and fishing pier. There are several golf courses nearby. The Island Trolley stops at the Club and runs the length of Estero Island.
The view of the Club pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico is taken from our balcony and this same view is visible from our living room/dining area, master bedroom and kitchen. It's very relaxing and you can see everything going on.
Amenities include: Air conditioning, balcony, King-sized and queen beds (all linens provided), cable TV (2 sets - 1 is a 37 inch HDTV) and DVD players for both sets, four phones (corded and portable) fully equipped kitchen including dishes/pots & pans/utensils, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, dishwasher & coffee maker. Also heated pool & hot tub-therapy pool, reserved covered parking, two gas grills by the pool, laundry 1st floor).
The Club is one mile South of the pier and Times Square area and directly across the street from Topps Supermarket and the Bay Oaks Park and recreation area. The park across the street has a gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamond and a picnic area. The park also has a pool and a very nice wading pool for toddlers and small children.
Our condo is very quiet because we have hurricane glass in the bedroom and living room windows and doors. For availability, Click Our Calendar

Payment Policies: Remainder of payment when checking in. The Estero Beach Club has a $30 application fee paid directly to the Club in a separate check. There are no other charges.
Cancellations: Sixty days notice.
Arrival/Departure: Arrival 2:00 pm / Departure by 10:00 am
Tax: There is an 11% state and local tax.

| Other Comments: Fort Myers is an old established Gulf Coast community steeped in history. A must see for the new visitor is the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford estates and Edison's laboratory (next to each other). The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins hold spring training in Fort Myers. There is easy access to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Naples, Bonita Springs and Marco Island. |
